I was learning about rounding and compensating using the number line. Now I know how to round and compensate to subtract. It was tricky because it was confusing rounding and compensating using the number line because it was hard to keep track of all the changes.

I was learning about features of a non-fiction text.  Now I know what a diagram is it is a picture with labels.  It was easy because it was easy to understand the labels.

I was learning about a hook and conclusion. Now I know what a hook is.  A hook is a thing that interest the reader to read it such as onomatopoeia or a question. It was tricky at first because I didn't know what a hook was.
